You might not be able to visit the motherland for Christmas this year, but the Auckland Polish Association is bringing some festive European cheer to Morningside.
Auckland's Polish Christmas Market will make its return to McDonald Street's Polonia House on Sunday, 13 December. The market is known for its good Polish food, interesting gifts and live entertainment in an old-fashioned neighbourhood marketplace atmosphere.
From 2pm a range of stalls will be selling interesting gifts, traditional deli meats, home-baked goods and sweets, and some delicious Polish perogi dumplings.
