Overview
When things pop-up you generally know they are going to be good. Unless of course, you're thinking of that game at the arcade where you hit the beavers on the head with a plastic hammer, yeah that game needs some re-thinking.
Pop-up markets on the other hand are generally something to write home about, especially when you can pen a note on a quirky card that you scored at the very place you're writing about and you even watched the craftster make in front of your very eyes.
Well, the good folks at Crafternoon-Tea are hosting a pop-up market in Mt Eden where you can find yourself a hand-made treasure. Whether you're looking for some new winter threads or some plants and art for your new flat, you'll have plenty to choose from on the day.
Everything on offer is made right here in New Zealand and if you've ever wanted to learn to make your own flower crown, now's the chance, there'll be a workshop teaching you just that, just note that bookings for the workshop are essential.
Of course, there'll be food stalls (I hear there'll be cake), pony rides and face-painting too so there's plenty to entertain the kids while you wander around.
