Overview

Following three successful runs, the Powerade G9 will return to Eden Park from 2–6 December, 2020. The event sees the 50,000 capacity stadium transformed into a nine-hole golf course, giving 2000 amateur golfers the opportunity to hit a hole-in-one on and around the famous sporting ground.

This year players will have the opportunity to tee off from nine different locations around the stadium, including several elevated platforms in the stands, the tunnel leading on to the field, a trick shot through the goal posts from the seating area, and the bonus longest putt challenge in the home team changing room.

The game works in a 'shotgun format' where all teams tee off simultaneously from different holes. Each team (of up to four people) will have 90 minutes to complete the nine-hole, par-three course. Golf clubs will be available at each hole and food and beverages will be available in the clubhouse for pre- and post-game sustenance.

Players will compete for a share of $50,000 worth of prizes and the coveted yellow jacket.
