Radiohead have been around for almost 30 years, and in that time have nominated for countless Brit Awards, Grammys, MTV Awards, Mercury Prizes and a host of others. They are one of the best rock bands Britain has every produced.
They have sold over 30 millions records worldwide, and in 2005 were ranked number 73 in Rolling Stone's list of 'The Greatest Artists of All Time', while Jonny Greenwood and Ed O'Brien were both included in Rolling Stone's list of greatest guitarists, and Thom Yorke in their list of greatest singers. In 2009, Rolling Stone readers voted the group the second best artist of the 2000s.
With a long-standing reputation steeped in genre-redefining motions throughout their long career, Radiohead have proved themselves to be one of the most influential bands of our generation. Radiohead's return to New Zealand will showcase the band's multi-decade career in an aural and visual celebration. As a live band they transform their creations into an experience both towering and incandescent.
