Overview

The world's premiere one-on-one B-boy championship is back in Auckland to find New Zealand's top cypher. New Zealand's best B-boys will compete head-to-head at the new Red Bull headquarters to claim a ticket to the Asia Pacific qualifier in Japan, and the chance to freestyle their way to the world final in Seoul, South Korea.

Sixteen of New Zealand's best cyphers will gruel it out over the course of four knockout stages as they are judged on their style, skill, execution and routine by an expert panel of judges which include the likes of Red Bull BC One All Star, Roxrite from the USA.

Since being founded 10 years ago, with its first global competition held in Switzerland (who knew the Swiss liked their B-boys?), Red Bull BC One has carved up a reputation as the premiere one-on-one B-boy Championship and had quite a hand in the resurgence of this gnarly style.
