Red Bull Sound Select

Each month, hosts with the most Red Bull presents Sound Select. Across 18 cities around the world, including Auckland and Wellington, each show is curated by local music influencers and showcases up-and-coming local musicians. Ending with a banger of a headlining act, the team at Red Bull ensure you go home with your ears ringing, in a good way.

So what is Red Bull Sound Select? Essentially, it's an artist development program that acts as a platform for new musicians to get onto the scene, and in front of the public. Working with local tastemakers like Fake Shore Drive in Chicago, 22Tracks in Amsterdam and Afropunk in New York. Auckland's June Select is curated by Young Gifted & Broke.

This month partygoers will be treated to an audible cocktail of underground hip hop tracks. Featuring a night of new music, and old classics from UK headliner and self proclaimed "artist, poet and musician", Kojey Radical, local trio Team Dynamite, Avondale boys Third3ye, and up-and-comers Shiraz & LSJ — all set to take the stage.
