Sandringham Street Festival

Overview

The Sandringham Street Festival is back again on Saturday, 27 October.

Live music from Half Moon Baby, Leighton Fairlie, Neapolitan and Alayna will provide the soundtrack to this day of family fun in Sandringham village which features over 60 different food vendors and various gift and art stalls. Expect plenty of mouthwatering delights from the suburbs surrounding businesses — it's the capital of New Zealand's Indian food scene, after all.

Plenty of picnic tables and seating will be available to sit back and enjoy the entertainment provided by community groups and up-and-coming bands on the reserve stage.

Sandringham Road will be closed on the eastern side including Lambeth, Kitchener and Calgary Roads for the duration of the day until after the festivities wrap up at 4pm. Entry is totally free.
