Overview
Southside Gig returns to celebrate its fourth year, bringing a full 12 hours of urban flavour. A mix of free and ticketed events provides something for everyone at this huge fun-filled day out.
It kicks off with a hip hop workshop, followed by CoLab, where invited dance crews compete against one another for the honour of being crowned champions by guest judge Parris Goebel. The explosive day also includes a Graf Art battle judged by international graf artist Jurne. Watch the best graf artists transform blank walls into a fully-fledged murals.
Back by popular demand, the B-boy break dancing battle promises to entertain all. The programme is topped off with the finale showcase run in partnership with The Palace dance crew home to ReQuest, Bubblegum, Sorority and the Royal Family.
