The Exhibitions and Collections Lead at the Govett Brewster, Sophie O'Brien, will be giving a talk at Te Tuhi.
Before she took the role in New Plymouth, she was the Senior Exhibitions Curator at the Serpentine Galleries in London and has held positions as a curator at Tate Britain, for the Australian Pavilion at the Venice Biennale, at Artspace Sydney and was Head of Exhibitions at the Biennale of Sydney.
O'Brien has worked with some big names, including Wolfgang Tillmans, Marina Abramovic, and Haim Steinbach.
Basically, you're probably going to hang on her every word.
