A getaway to the Italian coast may still be off the cards for a little while yet, so the QT hotel is attempting to bring the next best thing to Auckland's CBD with its Terrace Malfy rooftop pop-up.
Sip specialty Italian-inspired cocktails and gaze out at sparkling ocean views (okay, the Waitematā Harbour in this case, but we can pretend) at Terrace Malfy, a gin pop-up hosted by the hotel until the end of February.
The cocktail list will transport you to Europe thanks to ingredients like orange blossom, Prosecco, sorbet and and Limoncello. Live DJs will be performing sets every Thursday afternoon from 3pm - late to keep the summer vibes flowing.
The best part? Just by purchasing one of the specialty cocktails, you could be in to win an afternoon on a luxury yacht with you and 14 of your closest friends, with all the drinks and booze provided. It's like the ultimate Euro summer experience - just without 24 hours of travel to get there or a pesky MIQ stay.
Terrace Malfy will be serving European summer vibes Wednesday and Thursday from 3pm - late and Friday - Sunday from 12pm - late.
