The Aperol Garden

Overview

A taste of Italy is coming to the gastronomic epicentre of the CBD for one month. Britomart restaurant Ostro together with Jess Mentis, otherwise known as The Jellyologist, have created pop-up inspired by the refreshing aperitif, Aperol spritz.

Mentis has channelled Willy Wonka for the event creating a functional fountain flowing with Aperol on Ostro's The Deck and 100 golden tickets hidden in chocolate bars for lucky punters to attend the launch on February 14.

For everyone else, The Aperol Garden will be open from February 15 until March 14, from 5-9pm, Thursday to Saturday. An Aperol experience can be purchased for $40 which includes a how-to on making the perfect spritz with a qualified spirit ambassador, a tasting platter and 1 x Aperol Spritz.
