Overview
The Big Smoke BBQ Company typically serves up American-style low 'n' slow barbecue at corporate functions, weddings and birthdays. From this weekend until the end of June, the esteemed pitmasters will be parked up with their four-tonne smoker at Henderson's Trusts Arena.
The BBQ World Championship competitors, Carl Edward and Mike Jeffries, will be accepting pre-orders for their 12-hour brisket and five-hour ribs every Friday and Saturday night. Also on offer: American-style crushed potato salad and Memphis mash potato and gravy.
Online ordering is open until 4pm each day. The barbecue specialists will also be accepting walk ups until sold out.
