Behemoth Brewing Company finally opened its new brewpub and nose-to-tail restaurant last month. As part of month-long festival of arts, eats and beats, Elemental AKL, renowned lady butcher Hannah Miller Childs and Behemoth brewmaster Andrew Childs are hosting a workshop at the space in Mount Eden.
Have you ever wondered what goes into preparing a whole lamb or brewing a hoppy IPA? Then, this is the event for you. Across two Saturdays in October, ticket holders will witness, and potentially take part in, a butchery and curing demo while discovering more about New Zealand's primary producers. Following the demonstration, participants will be taken through a guided tasting of five beers matched with five charcuterie items.
