Held at The Cloud across two days in October, the show will round up culinary professionals — from leading authors, chefs, baristas and chocolatiers — to dish out new tips and tricks. A barista zone and sensory coffee masterclasses will be on deck for those looking to enhance their own morning buzz, there will be chocolate and tea pairing, and the winners of the Best Chocolate Awards will be on display.
