The annual Chocolate and Coffee Show intends to boost the heart rate of thousands by showcasing the very best local chocolatiers, coffee roasters and producers of other amazing tasty treats all under one roof.
Held at The Cloud across two days in September, the show will round up culinary professionals — from leading authors, chefs, baristas and chocolatiers — to dish out new tips and tricks. A barista zone and sensory coffee masterclasses will be on deck for those looking to enhance their own morning buzz; there will be chocolate and tea pairing; and the winners of Auckland's best cupcake and best chocolate cake will be on display.
