The Do-Over

Overview

This is a world wide party event that DJ Jazzy Jeff has given the big thumbs up – what’s not to love? The Do Over started in Los Angeles in 2005 as  a summer afternoon of beach and music, and finishing at the civilised time of 10pm. The party has landed in NZ on the shores of Waiheke Island’s The Bay in a cloud of coconut and sangria, with the help of The Red Bull Music Academy.

The acts are still being billed as “an all –star line up of mystery guests”, but with epic The Do-Over residents Haycock and Strong presiding, you can be sure there’ll be enough music to get your sunshiney groove on.

And like all great open air summer time gigs, it’s completely free as long as you RSVP. Show starts at 2pm, but get there early so you don’t miss out.
