Boston act The Lemonheads emerged as part of the ‘90s grunge scene. The band truly found their stride with the major label album It's a Shame about Ray and a cover of Simon and Garfunkel's ‘Mrs. Robinson’, which eventually became one of the band's most successful singles. With frontman Evan Dando as the only consistent member, the band has toured and released albums sporadically since. The current line-up includes Dando, Ben Deily, Juliana Hatfield and Ryan Adams - not to be confused with Bryan Adams.

They last toured down under a few years back, though unfortunately side-stepped NZ after playing shows across the Tasman. They will finally bring their live show to New Zealand once again this December, performing shows in Auckland and Wellington.

Support in Auckland from Kiwi pop-rock band Goodshirt.
