Overview
The stage is set for The Mixer’s third incarnation and this year promises to blow you away with a solid showcase of Polynesian talent. This year’s headliners include the rising reggae stars Tomorrow People, a collaboration of musicians brought together by a love of reggae music. Formed and based in Wellington, the collective bring about a sound they like to call ‘sunshine reggae’.
International sensation Swiss will also be perfoming. The 19 year-old Wellington-born singer of Tongan descent has gone from strength to strength, recently performing shows in Australia, New Zealand, and a four city tour of the United States plus supporting acts such as Nesian Mystik, J-Boog, Fiji, and 3 Houses Down. Swiss is also building a healthy fan base in the US and Hawaii as well as closer to home. The line up also includes Pieter T and Three Houses Down.
The Mixer Concert series is a firm Southside favourite.
