Overview

Believe it or not, it's been 12 years since Stephenie Meyer's vampire romance saga first hit the big screen and tweens across the globe collectively fell in love with fresh talent Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner.

With the arrival of Meyer's new Twilight companion novel, Midnight Sun, Academy Cinemas has made the "sobering but entirely necessary decision," to relive the entire cinematic saga in one epic sitting. Stewart, Pattinson, Lautner, alongside the all-star supporting cast of Dakota Fanning, Anna Kendrick, Michael Sheen and Bryce Dallas Howard will all feature on Saturday, September 26 as the five blockbusters hit the big screen.

The 600-minute journey of glorious supernatural light-erotica will kick off at 10am as Bella lands in Forks, Washington in the original Twilight film. From there, it's all love triangles, revengeful vampires, and half-human babies as New Moon, Eclipse and the two-part Breaking Dawn features run back-to-back. The will be 20-minute intermissions between films.

Tickets cost $40 for general admission and $30 for Academy members.

As far as Midnight Sun, which hit shelves in August, it retells the events of Twilight from the perspective of telepathic vampire Edward Cullen instead of Bella Swan.
