The next edition of The Tasting Shed's dedicated vegan nights will head to the heart of South America. Diners will be treated to four plant-based courses spanning the nations of the Andes — Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile and Argentina.

While the cities along the mountainous region are perhaps best-known for ceviche and barbecued meats, they also boasts some of the world's most delicious vegan food. The menu at The Tasting Shed's Vegans of the Andes is being kept under wraps until the night, but we're guessing that you'll be wolfing down traditional helado de canela cinnamon sorbet, fried plantain, some form of quinoa, plus a nutritious take on arepas.

The event will take place on Friday, June 19 from 6.30pm onwards. Tickets are $70 per person for four courses. To book your spot, email functions@thetastingshed.com.
