Overview

Why shred solo at the gym when you can frog squat with 20,000 other people? This February, Eden Park will host a record attempt for the World's Biggest Boot Camp. The free workout, which is being held by health campaigner David Letele, will feature a world record attempt for the most people simultaneously performing a frog squat.

Letele, who once weighed over 200kgs, has dedicated his life to battling New Zealand's obesity epidemic. He said the most important thing at the challenge is for people to "get out there, get active and help spread the message that obesity and its negative health impacts can be overcome."

A crowd of around 20,000 is expected to descend on the country's national stadium on Sunday, February 24. To take part you can confirm your attendance via Letele's Facebook page or simply turn up on the day. The gates will open at 10am for an 11am start.
