Ebisu has always been a source of beautiful Japanese clean food. But since only recently, they've taken a step further - taking the best nutrition-dense ‘superfoods’ found in traditional Japanese cuisine and combined them into one tasty Bento for their new summer lunch menu.

Their new Nude Bento ($27) includes poached chicken or salmon with a light broth, matched with a spinach and sesame dressing salad. Meanwhile the Bento's usual rice has been replaced with cauliflower rice and their noodles with corgette noodles - for something a little bit more waistline-friendly.

To pair it off, you'll want to try the BlueBeet Swizzle ($33) which is an alcohol-free cocktail with beetroot and blueberry juice, orgeat syrup and topped with soda water. A pretty perfect accompaniment for a nutritious lunch.
