Win a Dinner for Two to Uptown

Up here in the big smoke we're all pretty accustomed to eating in the sky. The Sky Tower's Orbit and Sugar Club have made sure of that. But a form of dining we are not so familiar with, is chowing down whilst suspended mid-air, on one of six scissor lifts whilst taking in views of Auckland at an intimate table for two. If that whole concept sounds like something you might go for, however, then it's your lucky day. We are giving away a table for two atop Uptown thanks to Uptown Business Association.

The lucky winner will be awarded a three course meal on Wednesday October 22 2014, whipped up by one of our all-time favourite Italian eateries, Gina's, to share with one other dining partner. The meal will, of course, be accompanied by wine as with all good Italian fare, although we suggest taking it easy on the booze when you're suspended over the city at such an impressive height. Then to consume the meal, the table and those seated at it, will be raised up into the air over Uptown, where they can enjoy their meal in peaceful solitude, with the best views in the city.
