McDonald's Is Giving Away One Million Chicken Nuggets Across New Zealand for One Day Only

McDonald's 30 Days 30 Deals is back from Wednesday, November 1, and the fast food chain is giving away one million chicken McNuggets to celebrate the occasion. For one day only — between 5am–10.59pm today, Wednesday, November 1 — the first 166,667 customers to hit the Golden Arches will receive a six-pack of nuggets absolutely free.

That's not all: across Wednesday November 1–Thursday November 30, McDonald's will be dropping 30 deals, including discounted meals, My Macca's Reward bonus points and money-saving combos. This is perfect timing for those saving their pennies during the cost-of-living crisis.

There are caveats, however, including that you'll need to make sure that you're ordering through the McDonald's app. Each day's deal will appear at 5am every morning, providing the user with a special code to redeem the deal, for collection both in the restaurant and at the drive-thru. Every deal runs until 10.59pm each evening, and can only be redeemed once per customer.

Macca's app users are rewarded 100 points for every $1 they spend at the restaurant, and this won't change throughout the 30 Days 30 Deals campaign — apart from perhaps a sharp increase in points if you're bagging all 30 deals.
