A Second Mouthwatering Lineup Has Been Announced for Taste of Auckland 2017

With T-minus one month to arguably Auckland's biggest and best foodie festival, there's a swathe of new announcements designed to distract you from your summer shred.

Bringing the total tally to ten, four new restaurants join the already exceptional lineup of Baduzzi, Euro, Tok Tok, Saan, The Vodka Room and Miss Moonshines who will serve up their signature dishes at the festival.

Neighbourhood French-favourite Paris Butter, spicy Thai addition Art Wok, the curry-infused 1947 and a very special Eat New Zealand collaboration overseen by The Cult Project round out the list, bringing an intoxicating global flavour to an already sensational selection of eateries.

Other new names joining the lineup of speakers at the Electrolux Taste Theatre are celebrity chef Simon Gault who will divulge about his new Viaduct endeavour Giraffe, and beloved Kumeu destination The Tasting Shed's very own stalwart owner Ganesh Raj.

Nic Watt of Orakei's True Food and Yoga has signed on to dish the dirt during the Chef Secrets session and the event is shaping up to be one of the most impressive and interactive celebrations of food yet.

Despite being billed as a food lovers' paradise, there's a nod to restraint as 'Good Taste' at the Electrolux Taste Theatre promises the angel on your shoulder and an education in healthy eating. Be Good Organics' Buffy Ellen, Little Bird's Megan May and Ascension Kitchen's Lauren Glucina will join previously announced Art Green, Matilda Rice and Kelly Gibney as they celebrate all things nutritious and delicious.
