Modern Malaysian restaurant Madam Woo has refreshed its menu in anticipation of the warmer months. Diners visiting any of the four locations across the country — Auckland, Hamilton, Christchurch and Queenstown — can order new items like mee goreng, sambal prawns, beef short ribs, and a lychee and pandan parfait.
A handful of crowd favourites still remain on the list — staple Madam Woo dishes to survive the overhaul include the roti canai-style hawker rolls, nasi lemak and beef rendang. Diners will also have the option of creating their own hawker rolls until the end of October.
