Southern American-style eatery Orleans has launched a new menu in time for the holiday season. The new offering sees the return of comforting Creole classics like the fried green tomatoes, cornbread loaf, mac 'n' cheese and baby back ribs. Brand new headliners include rump steak and a towering vegetarian waffle stack.
It's not all curly fries, waffle burgers and fried pickles — the health conscious will be happy to see few lighter options adoring the list, like buffalo-spiced Maryland chicken, seared tuna salad, beetroot salad and twice-cooked pork belly. To finish, there's chocolate waffles with walnut maple ice cream, an ice cream sandwich with chocolate chip cookie and peanut butter ice cream, plus toffee and custard beignets.
