A healthy take on the takeaway joint.

Finally, a café in the city centre with healthy, wholesome and delicious offerings. Misters Real Food has elegantly broken down the fast food barriers of the city centre and nestled themselves nicely into Wyndham Street. Sporting a completely gluten- and dairy-free kitchen, using all local and organic produce this place is a guaranteed must for a healthy breakfast and/or lunch on the go. I say "or" as you will most likely return, within a few hours.

The simplicity yet broad selection of the menu is something to admire. Breakfast, lunch and sides are all set at the same price which is convenient. Breakfast $9.9o, Lunch $13.90 (plus a smaller option for $5.90). It's top quality food at very reasonable prices. If you don't  have the time to dine in everything on the menu is available for takeaway. Takeaway menu seems to be what they're aiming for which is perfect for the non-stop city folk.

We decided to dine in for our first experience of Misters and were most impressed. The service was friendly and knowledgeable. The relaxed atmosphere ended up making us stay longer than anticipated and resulted in us trying out they're delicious hot cacao - A real food alternative to hot chocolates yet just as delicious made with ground up cacao nibs, coconut sugar, vanilla and carob.

Their takeaway-focused menu and minimal condiments and table service is something which would not normally sit well with me, but in Misters' case it really worked. Welcome to the neighbourhood.
