The only problem with City Designers Market is that it is only open two days a week. I guess we can cut them some slack considering the other five days are probably spent designing the clothes. City Designers Market is unique in its approach to retail, with the designers themselves running the boutique over Friday and Saturday, selling their own product.

The designers involved are Hannah Morgan, Selector, Misty and and Ribbon on a Bombshell, all of whom pride themselves on designing, creating and selling locally to a dedicated customer base. The City Designer's Market is the perfect opportunity for these boutique designers to get their names out there and showcase their hard work. Situated in the Ellen Melville Pioneer Women's Hall in Freyburg Square off High Street, their setup gets impressive foot traffic thanks to High Street's weekend popularity.

A rare opportunity to hear the stories behind your purchases, chat to successful designers and wear one-off garments at outlet prices.
