A kind of art gallery for designer brands, The Shelter offers a handpicked, curated selection of stylistically similar labels sourced both locally and abroad. The location gives the impression of a warehouse gone cool. Visible plumbing and whitewashed brick give an industrial vibe, but the cured wooden changing add a touch of sophistication that node to the common stylistic thread between the congruent labels in-store.

Sought after local labels Monday's Child, Jimmy D and mastermind behind the project Vicki Taylor's label, taylor, line the racks accompanied by international brands such as Danish designer Barbara Gongini. The selection extends beyond merely clothes too, with accessories, coffee and even bikes for sale. Yes, bikes. Definitely worth a browse.
