Caribou Kingston
Enjoy crispy chicken poutine and craft brews at this bar inspired by Great White North.
Overview
Caribou brings a slice of Canada to Canberra. The leafy watering hole in Kingston serves up home-style Canadian comfort food with craft brews. The venue is one big celebration of the warm hospitality (and cheeky sense of humour) Canadians are known for and, sticking with the theme, there's ice hockey to watch and pool to shoot.
On the menu, you'll find some of the country's favourite bites, which means poutine is, of course, sitting front and centre, served with your choice of pork belly or crispy chicken. Other notable mentions are the mac 'n' cheese balls with aioli, and the burger menu that features maple bacon and the option to add poutine. There are also plenty of tacos and pizzas, plus a few vegan and veggie options, too.
