Overview

Poodle Bar & Bistro's famed Patio Party is returning for its eighth instalment on Sunday, March 10, and this one's set to be one of its best.

For this year's first Poodle Patio Party, Sebastian Pasinetti (Minds en Place and Oko) will fire up the paella pans out in the back while chefs from the private dining-only venue, Vicci Tom, will be taking over the main kitchen and providing a rare opportunity to try their take on contemporary Cantonese cooking.

For booze, the Poodle crew will be pouring their usual bevs, while Tattinger champagne will be discounted to $19 a glass throughout the party. There'll also be a special door prize, where the fifth and 32nd ticket holders who enter will get a free bottle of champers.

The star of the show will no doubt be the tunes (as always). For most of the day, the stage will host a stacked B2B lineup of artists — meaning two DJs share the same set, taking turns to play tunes one after the other. Rocco's Bologna Discoteca Soundsystem will play with Salvador Ricardo, Tinika and Mr Bruno Jones will bring some UK house and funk beats, DJ Sarah will join forces with Georgia Bird and Danny Hotep and Pjenné will end the night with heaps of dancing tunes.

Tickets are a very specific $10.84, with eats and drinks available to purchase as you go.
