Overview

Spring is finally here and with it comes the perfect excuse for your next weekend getaway to our nation's capital. Make the road trip and you'll be treated to a jam-packed calendar of events, including Canberra's brand new music festival, Sweet Dreams.

Head down to Majura on Saturday, September 21 to spend a day partying on a truffle farm. Kick back for an afternoon of R&B and hip hop, with homegrown and international acts like Citizen Kay, Kirklandd and Kirrah Amosa performing.

At night, the farm will be transformed into a neon wonderland, with dance and electronica tunes aplenty. Sydney-based duo Hi Life will be playing, plus Singaporean DJ Myrne and singer-songwriter Maribelle. And, once you've danced your heart out, you can explore the lit-up mushroom forest or dive into a glowing ball pit.

Foodies will be spoilt for choice, too, with local producers and vendors such as smoky eats from Bare Bones BBQ, Lao Thai fusion from Zaab and truffle-based treats from the very farm you're on. For drinks, you'll be sipping locally made beers from Capital Brewing Co, or opt for vinos from Mount Majura Vineyard.

Tickets are $79 a pop and can be purchased here.
