Brisbane's Brooki Bakehouse continues its unstoppable run of pop-ups and new store openings, with plans just announced for its next launch. For the first time, the cult-favourite cookie brand is heading to Canberra, giving those in the capital their first opportunity to try Brooki's baked goods in person.
Canberra cookie lovers will get a chance to get their hands on the coveted cookies for four days only this July. The one-off, limited-time event will run from Thursday, July 9, to Sunday, July 12, at Westfield Belconnen (on level three, opposite Universal Store).
"Canberra has a passionate and loyal Brooki following, and we've been wanting to get there for a long time. Four days only – come find us at Westfield Belconnen," says Bellamy.
This pop-up is part of a national roadshow that has seen the brand make recent appearances in Adelaide and Newcastle, increasing its already massive national following. On Thursday, grab a cookie between 9am and 5.30pm; on Friday, try your luck anytime between 9am and 9pm; on Saturday, queue up between 9am and 5pm; and on Sunday, you've got between 10am and 4pm to get to the front of the line.
