Overview

Ainslie and Gorman Arts Centres are twin institutions just north of Canberra's heart in Braddon. Each celebrates and stages a wide variety and collection of artworks, and works to support artists in their career journeys.

Gorman Arts Centre has a focus on emerging talent of all art forms, including dance, theatre, literature, visual arts, digital works. Its emphasis is on the new: new ideas, works and artists.

Ainslie is a hub for music makers and lovers. The centre devotes itself to the craft of music, with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion. Here, you'll find public performances and educational resources.

Both centres aim to foster collaboration, networking and critical debate about the world of art and artistry.
