Flow Yoga
Flow-style yoga classes in an expansive warehouse space.
Overview
For seven years, Flow Yoga founder Odona Farska ran her studio from the Nishi Gallery in Canberra's NewActon precinct — which, from 2013 onward, was responsible for the revitalisation of Canberra. In February 2021, Flow Yoga opened a new studio at the Dairy Road precinct that's redefining the Fyshwick industrial precinct as a cultural hub.
With decades of experience in her practice, Farska leads inclusive flow-style classes — a style of yoga that combines movement with breath in fluid sequences, based on the ancient tradition of hatha yoga. All levels of experience are welcome.
