Upcoming, or established bands, have been given the opportunity to open for the final night of The Whiskey Live 2012 at Whiskey Bar. On Saturday, June 2 2012, Gin Wigmore's opening slot at The Whiskey Live has been opened up for one lucky artist, band or performer, with the prize including a range of sponsor product and of course, what most musicians look for other than the chunky performance fee is a decent rider.
The Facebook app developed by Beck's agency Shine Limited, asks any budding musicians to upload their video audition which will begin a phase of public voting. The act with most votes wins the opening slot. A great opportunity for aspiring musicians, let's hope the best act wins and a true discovery is made.
