Kate Moss x Kératase

Kate Moss has been announced as the face of Kérastase very first styling collection. The British top model, ambassador to many fashion and beauty brands, will represent for the first time the image of a luxury hair-care brand.

The advertising campaign realised by the photograph Solve Sundbo will be available as of May 2013.

Adidas BOOST

Off the back of three years of intensive research and development with their technology partner BASF – a world leading chemical company, adidas have introduced BOOST;  a world-first technology available in adidas Energy Boost shoes from March 2013.

With the recent worldwide launch in New York, adidas are setting out to fundamentally change running as we know it. What is BOOST? BOOST is an innovative new cushioning material, which is used in the sole of the shoe in place of the current industry standard foam, EVA. BOOST is made up of solid granular material (TPU) which is literally blown up and turned into thousands of small energy capsules. Research claims that the capsules store and repeatedly unleash energy more efficiently than any other running shoe. With the upcoming Marathon season, adidas are hoping records will be smashed. And you can no doubt expect to see our All Blacks running the streets with the new technology soon.

Energy Boost shoes will be available in New Zealand in early March, 2013 at adidas Sport Performance stores in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, selected Rebel Sport stores, running specialist retailers, and at www.adidas.co.nz. Pricing begins at RRP $220.

Topman introduces Topman Lux

Fashionista’s will be thrilled to learn that they can now get their man looking equally as stylish with the upcoming release of Topman’s new Lux collection, set to hit stores this March. The high street line offers luxurious, elegant evening looks with the use of modern shapes, fabrics and fits.

Mohair wools and cobalt blue features heavily in the suiting, while Dobbie Satin, jacquard wools and contrasting lapels and trims also appear throughout. Key pieces include the full length stone mac and a black leather bomber and biker jacket, as well as accessories in the form of basket weave high top trainers, a basket weave document holder and a backpack.

Nike x Undercover Gyakusou Spring/Summer 2013

A signature fusion of function and utility, the Nike x Undercover Gyakusou Spring/Summer 2013 collection infuses Jun Takahashi’s ‘less is better’ design philosophy with the latest Nike innovations to present a technologically advanced and sleek running line.

The men’s collection features the 5 Inch Short, uniting water-repellent fabric and four back pockets to precisely fit Takahashi’s favourite energy gel pack. The collection also consists of the Composite Hoody which maximises comfort with a supple waterproof and windproof fabric whilst including practical details such as thumbholes and elbow darts.

The women’s collection, which, for the first time will be available in New Zealand, comprises the same advanced technology as the men’s collection including moisture wicking DRI-FIT knit, mesh and lightweight material to ensure ultimate breathability. The women’s collection includes the Convertible Jacket which features open mesh for maximum air flow as well as zip-off sleeves and elastic binding to ensure a no-slip fit. The signature Woven Skirt offers a water-repellent lightweight fabric with a draw cord waist to create uninhibited movement and simultaneously provides a piece that is both feminine and functional.

Georgia May Jagger x Sunglass Hut Valentine’s Day

Sunglass Hut, the leading global sunglass retailer, have released their latest 2013 Valentine’s Day campaign featuring Georgia May Jagger, Global Brand Ambassador and her boyfriend, model and musician Josh McLellan.

For the Valentine’s Day shoot, Sunglass Hut decided to bring back the pair for a more intimate look. Georgia May and Josh had input on their wardrobe and picked out sunglass styles for each other. To make the shoot more personal, Josh showed off his artistic skills and created the bright pink graffiti Valentine background for Georgia May.

“It’s been great to work with Josh, we got to play around, pose with sunglasses and have fun with each other. Josh was getting ready to go on tour with his band, so it was really nice to spend an entire day with him before he left. It didn’t hurt that he is a natural on camera too! Sunglass Hut let us be ourselves and you can really see that through the campaign pictures,” said Georgia May Jagger.
