Cocktail of the Week: Wakey Wakey Jamie’s Bacey

A drink for those who love their bacon too much, Amy Sykes' Wakey Wakey Jamie's Bacey is a traditional pig roast in a glass.

Ingredients

5ml Smoked Bacon-infused Jamesons
40ml Jamesons Whiskey
30ml fresh apple juice
4 dashes maple essence
5ml sugar syrup
Cigar smoked glass
Rosemary Sprig Garnish

Method

1. Place a large piece of ice in an old fashioned glass.
2. Build all the ingredients over the ice.
3. Stir and enjoy.
