Cocktail of the Weekend: Jameretto Sour

Ingredients

60ml Biscotti-infused Jameson whiskey
40ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
20ml sugar syrup
A dollop of raw egg white
A dollop of apricot compote or jam tiny splash of bitters

Method

1. Shake everything together vigorously.
2. Pour the into a glass with crushed ice.
3. Garnish with a candied lemon wheel and a sprinkle of crushed biscotti.
