Overview

Galway's only Michelin-starred restaurant, Aniar — meaning "from the west" — is a delicious expression of the Wild Atlantic Way.

Recounting the region's produce, from paddock to shoreline, the ever-changing menu offers a contemporary journey through Ireland's culinary history.

Prepare for a 24-course tasting menu bursting with wild ingredients like seaweed, marjoram and roe.

If you love to pair your feasting with drinking, guests have the choice between a classic drink pairing featuring wines from across the European continent, a juice pairing featuring unique combinations of local fruits, herbs and flora, a prestige wine pairing, or an Irish drink pairing with Irish fruit and grape wines, cider, beers and more.
