Overview

The harbourside village of Baltimore might only have 300 or so residents, but they're spoilt for fine dining with Dede at the Customs House.

Drawing on chef Ahmet Dede's Turkish heritage, these influences elegantly intertwine with seasonal Irish ingredients.

The result is a two-star Michelin restaurant celebrated for its creativity and authenticity. If you can't get a table, try Baba'de—Ahmet's new venture: Turkish-style breakfast or brunch.

Dede is open for dinner from 6pm on Thursday to Saturday all year. It also opens for dinner on Wednesday evenings in July and August. Lunch is available from 12.30–2.30pm on Saturdays and Sundays, with an extra lunch day opening on Fridays during July and August.
