Overview

Set in the heart of Cork, Goldie is a delight for seafood lovers. At the helm is chef Aishling Moore, an up-and-coming innovator known for her evolving daily menus, which are created from whatever the local fishing boats bring to shore.

There's also a focus on minimising waste, as a "gill-to-fin" philosophy sees every part of the catch get put to tasty use.
