Led by chef-owner Luis Martin, Mara (previously The Old Couch Cafe) follows an ethos that revolves around locally foraged ingredients that embrace the warmth of Spanish culinary traditions. Chef Martin plied his craft at three Michelin-starred restaurants in Spain before dropping anchor in this coastal town.

Order from the a la carte menu or leave it up to the chef and go for the 11-course tasting menu—with the option of adding a wine pairing. There are only six tables, so book ahead.
