Overview

Surrounded by a striking coastline, Dingle is a top choice for travellers interested in immersing themselves in Irish culture. It's one of the few places where the Irish language is widely spoken.

The outdoors is spectacular, with Inch Beach and Connor Pass primed for scenic adventures. Take the Slea Head Drive and enjoy spectacular ocean views from the Dingle Peninsula. You will even spy the Skellig Michael islands off the coast. Enjoy the turns and twists of Dunquin Harbour. From here, you can catch a ferry to the Blasket Islands.

For indoor fun, Dingle Oceanworld Aquarium offers up-close encounters with sand tiger sharks, Gentoo penguins and Asian small-clawed otters.
