Humble Bakery has become one of Sydney's most beloved bakeries since opening in 2020, a go-to destination for fresh breads, finger buns, sandwiches, croissants, and cakes. Its latest Rose Bay opening adds to its stable of outposts in Surry Hills, Circular Quay, and the CBD.
With its latest store opening in the eastern suburbs on Saturday, July 18, Humble will expand its offerings and services. For the time being, customers will be able to pre-order the full range of baked goods for weekend pickups, creating an efficient and streamlined service.
While the new location will serve its customer favourites including fresh bread, pastries, pies, sausage rolls, finger buns, cookies, coffees and whole cakes, it will also expand its menu. The Rose Bay outpost will be the first Humble Bakery to offer soft serve and smoothies, with soft-serve flavours set to rotate regularly throughout the year.
"We've had customers from Sydney's eastern suburbs travelling to Humble for years. Opening in Rose Bay means they can now pick up everything they need for the weekend a little closer to home, whether that's a coffee and pastry, a birthday cake, catering for a gathering or food for a day on the harbour," says Joe Valore, co-owner of Humble Bakery and The Porteno Group.
To celebrate its launch on Saturday, July 18, Humble Bakery Rose Bay will be handing out free mini finger buns and affogatos made with the new vanilla soft serve, but only while they last. Pre-orders are now available.
