Summer might be over, but you'll still find plenty of excuses to partake in a tasty gin or two. That's the case from Thursday, May 6–Sunday, May 9, in fact, which is when Collingwood restaurant, cafe, brewery, distillery and workshop The Craft & Co returns with a four-day autumn-inspired edition of its much-loved gin market.
Across multiple sessions held in a new sit-down format, the market will see some top-notch bottles of gin cracked open in the venue's event space. Archie Rose, Hippocampus, Imbue, Big Tree Distillery and Boatrocker will be a few of the gin labels you can sample as the producers move from table to table, speed-dating-style. And, as always, there'll be a generously stocked retail store where market-goers can snap up bottles of their favourite gins for home.
Your $40 ticket includes access to one of the sessions, all of your tastings and a Craft & Co showbag. The eatery and bar downstairs will be operational for a pre- or post-market feed, and you'll be able to buy some of The Craft & Co's gin cheese on the day as well.
