Overview

Eat, shop, dance and be merry down by Merri Creek, at 2017's CERES Harvest Festival. Held each year at the beloved community centre and urban farm in Brunswick East, the Harvest Festival helps raise money for the centre, while bringing the neighbourhood together to celebrate the natural world.

This year's festival will feature local music acts of a number of niche genres, including pirate folk and dance meditation. There'll also be a slew of market stalls selling things like macrame jewellery, vegan soap and kimchi, as well as a book launch, the annual cake baking competition and a battle of the giant vegetables. And, of course, there will be lots of food, including food from CERES's own Sri Lankan chefs, the team behind Tamil Feasts. The whole event runs from 10am to 3pm on Saturday, March 25.
