Overview

The Makers and Shakers Market will visit Melbourne again this November, bringing with it the whole kit and caboodle of bespoke ceramics, homewares and jewellery (as well as tasty food to rejuvenate you when you get the oh-no-I-just-spent-all-my-money sweats).

Kick things off at 10am with a coffee, spend a few hours browsing, and then chow down on a toastie a custard-filled Italian doughnut. The market gives space to local makers to sell their handmade wares, with everything from resin rings to tomato chutney to be found. Stallholders this time round include hand-dyed resin wares by Ellis, granola from Humble Homies, dreamy pastel ceramics from Leah Jackson and wooden homewares from TURNER + TURNER. And that's just the crust of the pie — there are many more to choose from when you take a full bite.
