Summer Gin Market
Taste and buy some of Australia's best gins this February.
Overview
Summer in Melbourne is back with a vengeance and it's all about three things: long days, warm nights and a plethora of events popping up around the city. Like from Wednesday, February 10, to Sunday, February 14, for example. The Craft & Co. — Collingwood's restaurant, cafe, brewery, distillery and workshop — returns with an epic five-day edition of its much-loved gin market.
Across multiple sessions held in a new sit-down format, the market will see some top-notch bottles of gin cracked open in the venue's event space. Heathcote Gin, Animus, Tiny Bear, Cape Byron Distillery and Manly Spirits will be a few of the gins you can try as the producers move from table to table, speed-dating-style. And of course, you can snap up any favourites by the bottle, to add to your home collection.
Your $40 ticket includes access to one of the sessions, all your tastings, and a Craft & Co showbag featuring a 100 millilitre bottle of Collingwood Dry Gin, vouchers and more. The eatery and bar downstairs will be operational, and you'll be able to buy some of The Craft & Co's gin cheese on the day as well.
